Middle States Reaccreditation Overview

Amy Guptill gives an update on SUNY Brockport's progress, process, and upcoming work for Middle States reaccreditation slated for 2022.

Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)

As a participating institution of the MSCHE, SUNY Brockport goes above and beyond to ensure the standards of excellence necessary for MSCHE accreditation. The College was last approved for accreditation in 2012, and the reaccreditation process occurs once every 10 years, which slates our next reaccreditation assessment for 2022.

In the 10 years between assessments, MSCHE requires frequent monitoring  and periodic review reports in order to ensure that the accredited institution is not only continuing to uphold their standards of excellence, but adapting to change across a decade.
