Nominations Sought for Joint Planning & Budget Committee
Nominations are being accepted through February 17 for four position on the Joint Planning & Budget Committee.
The Joint Planning & Budget Committee (JPBC) is a presidential advisory committee representing the college community. It serves as the institutional oversight body to ensure that institutional goals and unit-level planning and budgeting are interlinked and informed by assessment to advance the strategic goals and priorities established in Building a Better Brockport, the strategic plan for the College.
We are accepting nominations (including self-nominations) for the following four positions, each with three-year terms beginning in Fall 2020:
• OSU representative
• Faculty* representative, School of Education, Health & Human Services
• Professional staff representative (two positions available)
*Faculty refers to all full-time tenured or tenure-track teaching faculty and librarians, including those teaching in programs reporting to the vice provost.
Please complete the nomination form (linked below) to nominate yourself or someone else for one or more available positions.
All nominations received by the February 17 deadline will be considered. However, final appointments must be approved by the JPBC co-chairs and College Senate Leadership.
Nominees must be available to attend JPBC meetings, held on select Thursdays from 8:30 to 10:30 am. All positions are for three-year terms beginning in Fall 2020 and terminating at the end of the Spring 2023 semester.
