Volunteers to Evaluate the PACS System

The IRB office is asking for volunteers to evaluate the PACS system. Please note: volunteers should have experience using and navigating the PACS system and be familiar with submitting proposals.

The IRB program, PACS, is in the process of upgrading to a new version in order to address regulatory changes. As we move forward with the change, we are asking for users of PACS to commit to participating in the user acceptance testing (UAT) and to review the differences of the upgraded version in order to properly assess any impact these changes may have on the IRB process, procedures, and documentation.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the IRB coordinator, Rachael Mulvihill, at irb@brockport.edu or at 349-2779 by 5 pm on Friday, January 24.

The tentative timeline for UAT testing is as follows:

Monday, February 10 – UAT Kick-off Call

Friday, February 14 – Testing Check-in Call

Wednesday, February 26 – Final UAT Call
