Dr. Jacques Rinchard Received a $3,000 Grant from U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
Dr. Jacques Rinchard, associate professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Ecology, received a research grant for $3,000 from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Vermont) for thiamine concentration determination.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife (Vermont) funds awarded to Dr. Rinchard will be used to determine thiamine concentration in egg and muscle of Atlantic salmon collected in Lake Champlain in the fall of 2019. Graduate and undergraduate students working in Dr. Rinchard’s lab will be directly involved in this project. The award will be administered by The Research Foundation for SUNY.
