UG Admissions Seeking Highly Motivated Students
Admissions Telecounselors will work flexible hours throughout the afternoon and evening Sunday–Thursday to call prospective students and serve as a student voice to answer questions about Brockport. This position will work closely with the Telecenter Supervisor to execute call campaigns throughout the academic year and summer. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail oriented, able to work under limited supervision and be a positive representative to prospective students and their families on the phone.
- Must be Work Study eligible.
-Represent the College in a positive manner and share knowledge about Brockport from a student perspective.
-Complete call campaigns focusing on prospective students and applicants.
-Follow the training manual provided by Undergraduate Admissions to learn about Admissions practices and the software/hardware used for making telephone calls.
-Working approximately 15 hours - 20 hours per week.
-Attend all mandatory trainings and workshops which include but are not limited to the fall and spring training.
-Complete any and all tasks assigned by professional staff members in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
