Davida Bloom stars in a one-woman show!

Come see Davida Bloom, Associate Professor in the Department of Theatre and Music Studies in Wild Horses by Allison Gregory. The production is part of the National New Play Network's Rolling World Premiere & the Rochester Fringe Festival.

Wild Horses is by award-winning playwright Allison Gregory. As the promotional blurb says “Savagely funny and packed with an emotional punch, a woman takes us on the ride of her life as she explores her teenage self and the transformative summer that forever changed her. The music of the 1970s serves as a background for this universal tale of the search for identity, independence, and authenticity in a complex world”.

It is a one-woman show and I play 10 different characters.

Performance dates are:

Sat., Sept. 9th @ 8 pm and Sun., Sept. 10th @ 2 pm at the JCC Center Stage

1200 Edgewood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618 | Tel. 585.461.2000

For more information and tickets to those two performances, see JCC CenterStage link below.

It is also running at School of The Arts

45 Prince Street Rochester, NY 14607

Thurs., Sept. 14, 5:30 pm

Sat., Sept. 16, 5 pm

Sun., Sept. 17, 11 am and 7 pm

Sat., Sept.23, 5 pm and 7:30 pm

Tickets to the SOTA performances at rochesterfringe.com or call (585) 957-9837

Tickets are $15 for all performances

All performances will be terrific, but if you are able to make it to either Sept. 9th or 10th, there will be a talk-back with the playwright after these performances and she is eager to get feedback from audience members.

I hope you can make it.
